Cedar Picket Option

Wood Privacy Fence

Cedar pickets are a popular fencing choice because they offer a great balance of durability, appearance, and long-term value. Cedar is naturally resistant to rot and insects, which helps it hold up better outdoors compared to many other woods. Its rich color and attractive grain give fences a warm, high-quality look that ages nicely over time. Cedar also takes stain and sealant well, making it easier to protect and maintain the fence’s appearance while extending its overall lifespan

Wood Privacy Fence Installed with Steel Post

BUILT DIFFERENT.

Wood Fence with Steel Strength

Victory Fencing uses steel posts for wood privacy fences. They aren’t affected by rot, insects, or moisture, which helps the fence stay straighter and more stable for years. This results in a stronger, more reliable privacy fence built to handle tough weather and long-term use. You won’t have to worry about warping or rotting like a traditional wood fence!

It’s our standard to use higher end material along with expereince installers so you can rest assured that your hard earned dollar is going towards a quality product.

Asked Question

Frequently
Asked Questions

Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional fencing services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear Frequently. You may have more Questions for that Contact us for details

  • Q. Which wood is best: cedar or pine?

Cedar is generally the better choice for outdoor projects because it naturally resists rot, insects, and moisture, and it stays more stable over time. Pine is more affordable and easy to find, but it needs pressure treatment or regular sealing to hold up outside and is more likely to warp or decay.

  • Q. How tall can my privacy fence be?

Our standard backyard privacy fence is 6 feet tall. Local codes or HOA rules may set height limits, often between 6 and 8 feet, so we always confirm the requirements before building to make sure everything meets local regulations.

  • Q. How fast is the process?

We send estimates quickly and then schedule your installation. Once your install has started, most fences are completed in about 1–3 days. The time until installation depends on the time of year and our current workload, but we always do our best to get your fence installed as soon as possible.
